I have never had to output a Quicktime File before. Does anyone know how to produce a file with the DVCPROHD codec in a .mov file from EDIUS 4? I want to keep the DVCPROHD quality, not converting to a web broadcast quality, per this post, e.g.

O.K., so Red One is reserved, and it'll presumably come with the also-reserved 300mm Red prime. Having never really worked with primes on a motion camera (I have on occasion used one on a dSLR), I am trying how to get my head around what one does with a 300mm lens. I so appreciate the various...

This was the old head I used with my DVX (now I have the HVX). It's in fantastic shape. Make me an offer!

Getting rid of my P2 Store--works 100%, flawless condition, clean. 5400 mAh Panasonic battery included (about six months old, holds a full charge, perfect cosmetic condition). $1400 plus shipping. All packaging included. PM me with inquiries.

So who would use this?

I find myself actually possessing too many p2 cards! :crybaby: Well, not really, but I can't justify the cost of having it right now--I can make do with two 4Gigs, the P2store and HD Rack for the time being. Anyone interested, make me a reasonable offer or two. Oh, btw, it's in great...

I cannot get the Store to copy successfully to my desktop. I have installed and re-reinstalled the software and drivers. I can successfully offload a small (<300MB) card from the store, but any of the big cards just gives a stop error and the computer just reboots--not even a blue error...

Alright. I'm driving myself nuts. I've looked high and low, but cannot figure out how to fade to a color (versus a dissolve). I remember having this problem when Liquid came out with a new version, but I canno' puss Edius. Anyone have the skinny on this?

Review: Indie Snap! HD Matte Box—for 16:9 cameras with 52mm to 86mm lenses. Part I: I think I am typical of many who comb the internet looking for an ever-expanding equipment list with an ever-constricting budget. When I saw a gastly-affordable ($289 for DVXusers) Matte Box for my HVX I...

I was perusing things DVX, when I noted that I was missing about 70 posts. This is no problem, since I am approaching my 1000 mark entirely too quickly--but it merits investigation. Now, either someone really doesn't like what I say (besides my wife) or a massive thread was deleted. Behold...

Well, here I am at half a thousand posts. I was thinking that I'd do the first half of my thousandth post video, but, you see, I can't. I had assumed that since I paid for half of the HVX, I should be able to use that half of the camera to do my half-a-thousandth-post video. But noooooo. I...

This is a spill-over from the AVS thread, but as we were rabidly trying to pester Barb at AVS for information, the store said she is out for medical reasons. Out of respect for her privacy I will not post what it was, but suffice it to say it sounds to me like it may be very serious. Let's...

Sorry if this has been asked already, BUT I CAN'T TELL! I assume this is a transitional quirk, but I use it all the time! I need my morning news, people!
