I added more than 1 hr of footage shot in 29.976 to a 23.976 Premiere project. I added layers of sound. When I exported in 23.976 the sound is in sync but the video is very choppy. Then I exported in 29.976 and the the sound is totally out of synch. What is the best way to approach this? Do a...
