I sthere a charger available that I can power fromn a 12 volt source? Any ideas?

Just dipped my camera in the drink didn't get super soaked but judging by the posts I read its not good. Is there any hope? I'm supposed to be shooting in two days! I haven't dare turn it on yet. It happened 3hrs ago though i think its almost dry.
