I'm finding random video hits in some of my video clips when playing back. Each time I start up the project it tends to happen in a different video clip in the Timeline. I've found re-connecting the media takes care of it for the time being, but that doesn't keep it from happening again...

When using Compressor or Quicktime Conversion in FCP 4.5 computer almost always freezes. Have a G5 Dual 2.0 which is running Tiger OS. Graphics card is ATI Radeon 9600 Pro, which is an AGP card with 64MB. All the project files and movie clips are contained on an external 250 GB Lacie firewire...
