Does anyone have a good resource to knowing what are license-less permitted radio frequencies for when shooting overseas? I have found this for UK and Germany, but I will be shooting in Eastern Europe - Russia and Ukraine - and have difficulties finding the information I need.

So I'm thinking of getting the Shape baseplate with rods for my FS700. I used to have a MovCam Fs700 rig but while I liked aspects of it, I found not ideal for my purposes. I'm curious of people's advice because I haven't found an article on this, but has anyone attached a quick release...
