I just stopped down, and maintained proper exposure the entire time. The D750 does and you can change it and the aperture when recording. It is a pretty clean sensor. Grades 'pretty well' for 8 bit h.264, as long as the skin tones are exposed perfectly. One shot is 2500 ISO the other is 1600.
