So im about to start shooting a scene where my character will be looking in to a mirror pov. I was wondering how I would go about this without being able to see the camera while looking into the mirror. Any suggestion?

I'm a little confused about frame rates and ratios. For example 16:9 or 4:3 and 24 fps or 60 fps. I was wondering if somebody could break down frame rates and ratios. Thanks
