    Feat. req.: new tape/new tc hour

    I'm posting a show that's being shot with 2 DVX's. It's totally on-the-run shooting and the DP's do not have time to mess around with the clunky menus to reset timecode hours on each tape, so basically I'm ending up with about 240 tapes that mostly start at 00.00.00.00.
