Will I see a major difference in performance between a 1.73 and 2.0ghz laptop? Both have 2gb ram, 120HDD, 256mb graphics (128 dedicated). I'll add on external hard drives. I'll be using Vegas 7 mainly with standard dv and some HDV. Also Photoshop CS3 for stills? Any advice?

Hi guys, I'm just about to buy a laptop for hdv and sd editing and CS3. I've got Vegas 7 but do I need a good video card? The notebooks I'm looking at are 1.73 to 2 ghz, 1 to 2 gb ram, 120gig hd, and 256 shared graphics (128 dedicated only). So is a 128meg card enough for hd and sd editing?
