I just bought a Tascam DR-07 to use as a pocket recorder for my Lav mics as the setup with the DR-40 was too cumbersome. The Lav mics work fine with the DR-07 and the quality is acceptable. The problem starts when I connect the Rode VideoMic (NOT Pro) to the DR-07. The recording is distorted...
