    Softlite vs. softbox

    I've been scoping out some light kits and I wanted to see if any of you had any experience with softlites (internally reflected light sources). I was wondering how these lights compare to softboxes. There aren't any suppliers in my area, so I'm not able to check them out for myself. Thanks
