Ok...so I bought the HPX500 on Oct 6th...registered on PASS and sent in my rebate form. Friday I received a letter from the rebate center stating that, "The purchase was outside of the program guidelines". Am I missing something here? Has anyone had a similar experience? The "Everybody wins...
