Is there a DSLR with out rolling shutter and no jello effect?

Do you think converting HDV (sony FX7) too 24p will give better results than say 24p SD (DVX100B) too HD. Reason why I am asking is because I can get a DVX100B for the same price as a sony FX7. I will be doing mostly music VID and the editing will done in Final CUT PRO delivery will be on BATA.

Ok I didn't get the Macbook I got the 266 Macpro instead so now I need to get a monitor for CC and editing in FinalCutPro . I will be buying the DVX100B in two weeks for some SD but I need this monitor to be future proof for HD. Thanks to all those people that help me in my Last post.
