I recently shot nearly 10 hours of footage in Israel. When I came back and began uploading my footage, I noticed an annoying flicker in all of the indoor scenes. I've concluded that it was caused by the 50hz frequency of the lights. Is there any way I can remove this flicker?

I just recieved my DVX100A the other day, and taped about 4 hours of footage using the standard 60 minute Pansonic MiniDV tapes. Are there really big disadvantages of using these tapes and not the MQ tapes? Is it worth switching? If I do switch, would running a cleaning tape clean the heads well...
