Flying Car spotted on Google Earth

Here's a question for you: what have the Nazi wartime test facility at Peenemunde and the Australian city of Perth got in common? Well, the first thing (and just about the only thing, truth be told) which springs to mind is that they are both next to large bodies of water. This is useful if you're going to test things which might go bang. Like V-2 rockets and - wait for it - flying cars:

According to our Oz photo interpretation bureau (Clinton Bird), the vehicle in question is at an altitude of three of four metres and doing about 80 knots. Which rules out a rocket-powered project, and we can see no evidence of the Wankel-powered turbofan outrigger engines favoured by the Moller Corporation:

Which leaves just one possible explantion: the Aussies have developed a gravity-busting hyperdrive, have bolted it into a second-hand Holden, and are seen here in the split second before their X-Motor made the transdimensional leap to hyper light speed.

So, the answer to the question "Where's my bloody flying car?" is very simply "Right here"*.

I wonder why all really cool but suspect things like UFOs or FLYING CARS always seem to be captured in blurry footage....hmmm....
 
Guys, guys...sorry 'bout the blurry footage. Still trying to tweak my file settings after that mishap with the Yeti. On the plus side, we've decided to give one of these bad boys away for third place in Hero fest. Good luck!

Has anyone considered the possibility that its a black car parked next to the white one? Could have tinted windows and some special "black hole" coating that swallows all known sources of light.

Yeahh....now that you mention it....it does look like two cars.
 
Do you have the longitude & latitude so we can see it ourselves in google earth?
 
haha, neat-o. I love playing around on Google Earth. You can find so many cool things. A friend of mine sent a link to a section where you could see a black stealth bomber flying. Just little things like that are great to find.
