daaaamn that is tough...but, i can do it because i think these hold the most sentimental value:

1. Top Gun
2. Aladdin
3. Adventures in Babysitting

But I think the movie I watch the most right now is Miller's Crossing. It's always playing.

I agree.

Problem with questions like this for me is if you asked me 100 times I would give 100 different answers.

BUT for poops and giggles the 3 that popped in my head now...

Fifth Element
Sin City
Armageddon

Fifth Element? wow. That movie hurt my eyes.

If we're talking just looks here, I'ma go with

1. A Very Long Engagement
2. The Third Man
3. Edward Scissorhands

-Mischief

I hate to be obvious but Pulp fiction was nothing like I had ever seen before. Changed movies as we know them. You know what I'm talking about.

Seven captured theme perfectly.

And as a wildcard, I'll choose A very long engagement, just because I saw it the other night and it was beautiful.

Star Wars and Pulp Fiction.

I can't think of a third one really, it's like a tie for 25 other films. And yes, one of them is Chasing Amy. **** you, I liked it. :)

Too early for me to think of three relevant to moods/look, but the first one that comes to my mind that utilized some stylized looks realy well was The Matrix. Took you in and out of both "worlds" wonderfully.

Passion of the Christ , That is a good one. I also like the garden state pick, what about
Tony Scott's True Romance...
or Man on Fire, or Domino, Even though Domino might not have been the best movie, I was somthing different, it made the movie part of the movie.

nahhhhh! not the shining terry gawd that movie was terryble:evil:

Heh heh... I was trying to think of a 3rd one and I remembered how the Steadicam was used extensively in this movie. It was a pioneer of sorts for camera in motion using Steadicam.

Once Upon a Time in Mexico!?!? Someone just put that as there top three movies!?
Wow, I'm blown away. When I saw that I was so angry with Rodriguez for messing up his first two with that nonsense, that I all but slit my wrists...

Dude... it's all about the mood. That movie totally immersed me in the whole Mexico/Mariachi thing! I really love the film, and feel a bit odd when I say that, because I know a lot of people don't, but I really like it.
