Just wanted to post an update that since I emailed Netflix my complaint they sent me a form letter reply, but then amazingly now new releases and most of my top picks (that were "Very Long Wait" days before) have been shipping in a very timely manner.

I sent them a scathing email as well, since I have been with them since day one. We'll see if my experience gets any better.
