Please post your "get-wells" for Barb at AVS

This is a spill-over from the AVS thread, but as we were rabidly trying to pester Barb at AVS for information, the store said she is out for medical reasons. Out of respect for her privacy I will not post what it was, but suffice it to say it sounds to me like it may be very serious.

Let's show some DVXuser love and support for her. She has been nothing but gracious and dear to us from DVXuser who have invaded her world in droves.

I don't know that she views this forum--in fact I assume she does not. So, if you all can post your well-wishes here, I will print them out Monday and send them to her.

Getting my HVX seems such a small thing now.
 
No, AVS (Audio Video Supply). EVS is Rush's outfit, which is the coolest place on earth.

Barb is cuter, though.

All kidding aside, I hope this recent 'setback' is just that; a setback. Heres to hoping you are back at it in no time!

That is too bad, I hope we havn't caused her any stress over getting our HVX's. She sounded healthy last tuesday :( Get better soon!

Barb works at Audio Video Supply. She has a list that a bunch of folks are on for the HVX. (See this thread for reference: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=43097) She has been very sweet, very helpful, and forthcoming. She has a very serious medical condition--I am not sure if it is life-threatening, but I have known several people going through the treatment she is going through, and I can tell you, it often is not good.

So, be darlings, and--particularly if you are on the list--POST! :laugh:

(Even if you are not, you can still be nice :unassuming smile: )
 
May The lord be by your side. dont give up. i dont know Barb personally or every talked to her. But I wish you your health back and back on your feet again. giving up is the easy way out, and im sure thats not what you want. prey, and be strong. we will keep you in our prayers also.
 
Get better soon Barbara! We all love you here at DVX and hope for a speedy recovery. Our thoughts are with you.
 
Sending you my wishes from the NW Portland Oregon for a healthy and speedy recovery. I have yet to meet you in person, but in the times I have talked with you over the phone concerning my HVX order, you always have been extremely gracious, patient, and genuine for all of my questions and concerns, sometimes even with a much needed comic relief.
