Sadly, my downtime is coming to an end

I've had a few days off work...been watching me some sci-fi, bumming around, squirting unsuspecting folks with wiper fluid, and now...the weather is beautiful! I have a 35m film body camera I was going to take out for some black and whites, but the world is too bright just now for that. I'm thinking I'd like to take Dexter (my dvx) out for a stroll...just not sure. I used to live at the beach and now I live off the interstate. Nothing very lovely this way to shoot.

And all my fun sitting here on the porch with you guys will soon be over. It'll be back to the grind tomorrow morning. Call time 0630 hrs. Who needs to be crunching numbers at that hour??? That's my prime writing time, and I have to already be at work!

ptewey!

Work just gets in the way of so much in life. :)

Someone once said, "Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans." I think it was Homer Simpson. :)

Don't forget to make yourself some "me time". And by "me time" I mean "DVXuser time." The FDA suggests 30 minutes a day for a healthy heart.

I dont get this channel at work. :( I have to settle for dvinfo :) And that is like visiting your aunt, who you dont really know that well, for the day. You know you're related, but its just not home.

Actually, I think that depends on your caloric intake, but let's go with that for the moment.

Yes, T.H., we all have enjoyed your vacation time. We've watched you grow old, then grow young and . . . well, bigger. We've laughed with you, cried with you, and have enjoyed all that goes along with two hundred posts (or so).

And we'll be here. Waiting for your return. Stalking you, actually.

It was John Lennon and it is one of my favorite quotes.

Chris

I know it was John Lennon. I just taught my students about The Beatles and John Lennon the other day. They had never heard of them. :(

Oh, thanks a lot Jimbo! Do you know how hard it is to get syrup out of my hair?
