Advice on editing lots of youtube videos faster.

I make youtube videos with voiceover and pictures cutting in and out and transitioning, as well as having the images move a little. It takes me about 6 hours to do a 13 minute video which is fine if I do one once in a while but I'd like to do more vids and shave some time off.

I use Premiere currently. I'm using key framing animation techniques to get the pictures to move. Is there an elements suite available where I can just shove the pictures in and the transitions are already in there or easy to alter. I've gotten more nimble at it but it's still quite labor intensive.

Any advice on speeding up the editing process is welcome!
