I need to make a CD with 36fps playback music?

So i just made this thread in the Audio section, and i thought i would post it here as well.

but im shooting a music video coming up super soon, as in Saturday..and i need to make a CD for playback. I wanted to shoot some performance at 36fps and have the music sped up so the lips will match at 36fps as well.

I have final cut pro, what should i do and what are the settings i need to have it at in order for me to create the song for it to match up with what im shooting at 36fps.
