Not for consumers.

We just care about the best price for like gear/service.

Your beef is with Panasonic.

And, telling us we should be paying higher is ridiculous.

I hope you go out of business with this attitude.

You should instead be telling Panasonic to lower your cost so you can compete with the bigger box store!

I really wish you had the guts to tell Panny this! :beer:

While I understand the sentiment from your perspective. I don't understand why you are venting this to us. From the consumer's perspective, we'll go where the price is the lowest as long as seller is reputable.. BH is VERY reputable. Short of customers in your home town who values one-on-one interaction with dealer and would pay more to buy from you, why would the rest of us want to pay more who do not care for the in-person relationship? Sorry about the situation you're in, but this is the age of the Internet and e-commerce, businesses will just have to adapt. Obviously, dealers of broadcast equipment is not the only industry that is affected...
