They are usually pretty good with shipping them out. I've bought two of these batteries before and received them in 5 days. I just put in an order for 2 more today. Thanks guys!
 
So these hold up in running time better then anything else? Ordering brand new 100b either wednesday, thursday or friday whenever the bank lets my effin cheque go threw. But yeah back to the batt my gf will buy a 2 pack for me for my birthday lol I am turning 20 but these are worth the money and are reliable?
 
Yeah I ordered mine about a week ago, but not worrying at all. They are dependable. Probably got caught up with something (aka life) and are a day short or so. Can't wait to get my new juice!
 
I ordered two batteries two weeks ago, and I still don't have them. For the past two weeks I've only had one battery for my HPX, which is quite limiting. Frustrating.
 
Yes, quite frustrating indeed. I have emailed/pmed everyone associated with this group (did so a couple of days after I bought the batteries), and still no response. Should have probably read this thread before I bought them and expected them to come on time. Oh well, I guess I only have to deal with this once *knock on wood*.

BTW, did anyone ever receive a tracking number, or even an update on your order from Landmine? Or is it just a waiting game?
 
I just noticed that if you actually click on the article link, it lists the batteries as out of stock now. Wish I could have at least got that in an email response or really anyway of contact, via PM or call or whatever. Customer service is key in business and this is a big disappointment for me. PLEASE REFUND ME ASAP.

hi there, i paid for two of these batteries over paypal and the transfer went through on your end... i haven't received the batteries as of yet (2 weeks and i live in the us). can you please refund me asap if there are no more batteries left.
 
this whole thing makes me sad... I guess if there aren't any batteries left, please refund mine also. I would rather have the two batteries though.... or at least some communication.
 
battery woes...i;d tried and tried and tried to contact them for some info so i could buy (out of US) ..pmed..emailed multiple times and got nothing at all. So i was forced to go to speccom (specialized communications) to buy there high capacity 6000mah. U guys can try there...good communication..fast service and they are also one of the site sponsers.
I get that Jarred ect can be busy..but honestly, it was just ridiculous re communication. (for me at least)
 
yeah, i hear that. there is no communication at all, no response to email, so how are you supposed to get refunded? the only other way is to lodge a complaint with paypal, which is not the way i'd like to do this as it is timely and results in the website getting investigated. not what i want to do to one of my favorite websites...
 
wow, I just received a shipping notice from paypal. Looks like they probably used USPS Priority Mail, so I will let everyone know in three days if I received the batteries.
 
I got both a reply email finally and the tracking # says that it will be delivered tomorrow. Wishing the same to everyone else that is waiting.
