Looking to sell my CitiDisk FW1256HD-120 complete with additional Accessory pack including an external battery, hot shoe adapter, and all cables and boxes included.

This bundle would sell for approx. $1,400 new, but am looking to sell for $575 or best offer + shipping.

The device was purchased a little over a year ago for a project when the FS-100 wasn't readily available, but have since acquired and have been using the FireStore.

The CitiDisk has less then 10 hours of total use time and all items will ship complete in their respective boxes.

I understand any potential reluctance as I believe this is my first post, but I've been a long time lurker and fan of this community. Please feel free to PM me with any questions or concerns. :)

Thanks!

bump!

Don't hesitate to make an offer, I'm modestly flexible on the price. Just looking to purge the unused gear and put the money towards some new toys. Thanks!

Like the Firestore better? Compelling reason to use the Citidisk over the FS? Thanks,.

To be perfectly honest, I definitely prefer the FS over the CitiDisk drive. You've a screen and interface to monitor your capture, and more functionality over all.

The primary and in my opinion sole reason to go CitiDisk over FS-100 is cost, as FireStore recorders run ~$2k. If your budget does not yet allow you to acquire a FireStore system or max out on P2 cards and you're in need of a disk based recording device for longer shoots, the CitiDisk will fit the bill. Any disk based recording device will come with some caveats and headaches from time to time, but that's the nature of anything non-solid state.

I've had my CitiDisk recorder collecting dust for some time now, and would definitely like to see it off into the hands of a shooter/production team that would be able to put it to good use.

"$575 or best offer + shipping" as noted in the opening post, dropped from an original asking of $900. I'll follow up PM you. Thanks for your interest.

Weekly bump. Might anyone be kind enough to recommend any other potential markets for sale of this item, or does anyone have any experience with BroadcastStore.com's consignment option? Sorry to be a broken record, but things are definitely becoming more dire out there. Thanks!
