Which camera did you normally use on the tripod (I'm trying to ascertain weight and ease of balancing).

I have used a couple of setups:

HVX + Redrock M2 + Chrosziel Mattebox w/ 7" monitor and battery pack (and that's a pretty heavy setup).

EX-1 + Letus + Redrock Mattebox

The tripod and head will definitely take the wait; As far as balance goes I have always managed to get whatever setup I have used to sit straight without the tilt lock.

If you are using a camera w/o adapters then weight and balance are easy. I am not sure but I think that Libec may make a longer plate for bigger setups, should that be necessary. It never was for me.
