i have a friend who may well be interested, just a few queries, what tapes have you used, what size battery does it come with, has it had a uv filter on it & has it been used for capturing footage onto computer? Some photos would be nice too if possible

i've been using sony dv excellence tapes recently, before that i used another sony tape that comes in different colours possibly called premium. also a mid-range panasonic tape. nothing dirty.

the battery is a CGA-D54s 7.2v 5400mAh that has been giving around and possibly more than 4hrs use consistently.

i've always used a uv filter with the camera.

i've used the camera for capturing footage onto the computer for around half the projects i've shot with the camera.

i'll try and get some images up tonight.
