Did anyone confirm what the new redrock product was? Whatever it is, not that I know what it is, I'm sure that there's gonna be a lot of surprise around town. I'm just saying, whatever it is.
 
Yeah... I'm sure whatever it is... it'll be available fast. That seems to be the popular new strategy nowadays with lots of DVX sponsors. Who said it was an adapter? What if it was a new camera... the Redrock?
 
ditto. As it stands right now, this M2 news is vapor ware. The blade is real, and on it's way. Get ready~!
 
Im going down to Waynes place next week with a van of cameras for some testing. We are doing XHA1, EX1, HVX200, FX1, Z7, so we should have some good test footage done soon.

After Wayne has done his rez chart stuff, we are going out and making a nice demo video.

We will be using steadicam and the latest Hocus Focus prototype, so get ready for some fancy footage.
 
I think the lineup is completed... I dunno where I would get an HV20 from. I did think about mentioning it but didn't. Il mention it tomorrow.
 
One thing that isn't vaporware is the new G35! I just saw it on an HVX and a170 over at the LA P2 meeting and it looks gorgeous on a Marshall... super sharp edge to edge, 1 and 1/4 stops loss... no batteries very light in comparison and tough as concrete. Kind of weird that everyone is jumping in at the same time now that the Blade is coming out.

So are you talking about the G35 in general or the newest screen they are talking about? I would like to see some stuff from that.
 
i'd cry if my FD's were stolen.... my dad and and by extension myself have been assembiling that set since 1983.....

Yes, I also had my camera, Hocus Focus, the TV adn both cars stolen. The police did recover the cars, but we dont get them back until the middle of january caus the insurance company want to inspect them....

Stuck with no cars, so getting very bored at home. Im borrowing a postvan hopefully...
 
nah the police found it again. Its evidence, I dont get it back for a bit. Building another prototype this week. Also got some pretty cool developments regarding the motor. its just got a LOT better.

the CNC shop are cutting the cases out this week, il post photos when I have them.
 
Glad to hear you didn't lose more... hope they turn up.

Timur, would you say that the Canons are a better way to spend your money if you are looking for FF35 glass?
