Hi guys!

My brother and I caught up with Jens (from Denmark) talking some waves and 16mm film.

Enjoy:)

Shot it with the Røde NTG-1 on a pistolgrip.
Very impressed with this mic. Can't wait to try it in a shortfilm!

Some grabs: (The grain is added in post production)

Amazing!!! What kind of setting did you used? (except the CC)

Thank you :)

The settings were:

25p with the shutter at 1/50

Scene file 6
Cine-like_D

Detail lvl: -4
Master Ped: -10
A. Iris lvl: -3

Everything else was at 0.

Great material, as usual. You need a good script for a short. I'll write you one if you'll shoot it. It'll be written similarly to this one I wrote and shot, but probably involving two people.

Hehe, thanks bro:)
Yeah I do need that:P But right now I'm actually writing a script with some friends.. But.. In the future.. I would love to work with you:)

ah how I love the sgpro!

you should totally take jm up on that offer in the future tomas! coz you know i wouldn't hesitate :) ay jm... hint hint... :)

Really clean footage  How did you encode this for youtube? What software/export settings?

Thanks :)

Well I exported from adobe as .avi with no compression. (not DV AVI)

Then I open that file with quicktime pro and export it with the h.264 codec.

Real nice footage. Composition and exposure. And I agree with jenningsp, the 4:3 is great... very retro. :)
