organic- vs. video-look. What?

i think its the sharp enough to see detail, but no so sharp it looks "real" quality of the HVX. The ex1 is so sharp it looks real.
 
Yep, it makes a change to how Buck normally panders to me... in his cotton panties dancing to Disco Inferno in my motel room!

Do you even actually own an hvx? Can you provide a link to anything you've shot?

I wouldn't suggest that anyone should take themselves too seriously, but when i do require folk to take me seriously, an anonymous somewhat sarcastic teenage fanboy is not on the top of my to do list.

Is there a reason why you want me to link you to something i've shot? Let me ask you to do the same, since you can give such insulting criticism to people's footage, then you must be some kind of utterly superior filmmaking god ;) Sure you must have loads of clips to qualify all the fanboy statements you've made about the superiority of your equipment and skills ;)

Fairly insulting... Thanks for the link, you will learn there is a general line that is crossed between the self indulgent squabbling about cams and then insulting peoples footage. Anyone would have been offended by your comment, so don't put on the innocent kitten face now ;) You could probably launch a horrendous personal tirade against a guys character and he'll shrug, but make an unfair sarcastic comment about foorage and my god... hell emerges ;)

Guess what, you could even apolagise for getting carried away and making that remark... I promise its not about 'winning' silly forum squabbles, its about respecting people's work - good or bad.
