Hey its xmas time and i'm getting the wind screen blimp for my at4073a mic and wanted to get it from a sponsor that use to advertise here bc it was a crazy good price. I was wondering what happened to them?

anyways I reloaded the main pages looking at the different banners and I didn't see it. nor did i see it at the dvxuser shop.

If someone can point me to them I would be much obliged, unless they know a better deal. ;)

thanks

i just need something that will allow me to shoot outside, i shoot alot in chicago to give you an idea of how windy it gets. would you say the micover will do?

oh and why get a blimp if you have the puffin?

Puffin will help...blimp does the job! It gets real windy here in upstate NY too.
I wanted to try the puffin & couldn't find a reasonable blimp kit. Once the Rode deal came up, I got one. Sometimes it sucks being a gear slut.:)

If you can afford it, get the blimp kit....

ah ok thanks. i'm going to stick with the puffin for now. i'm shooting comedy shorts so I need good audio but i can wait a day for winds to die down or an a while if its just a gust, the shoots go pretty quickly. i just need something for mild to moderate winds. thanks again
