How to mix and match PP?

I have a couple of picture profiles that I like in my old camera profiles. I've replaced it with a setup.suf file from Bills' (on the other forum lol). My question is, how do I get the information OR get take some of the ones I like in my old proifle and combine that with some of the PP in Bill's setup.suf file? If there is no easy way to do it, how do I go about taking/writing down all the necessary information so that I can manually put it back in?

My second question is, are we able to assign different picture profile to those 4 buttons on the bottom of the EX1 camera?
 
I'm sure someone must know the answer two these two questions. I would like to assign those 4 buttons to some of the picture profile if that is possible. Is this a possibility?
