The best memory card for Nikon D90 shooting video

Is there a list in here that recommends the best card for use with the D90 when shooting video? I don't want to go too cheap if it is going to suck at the end for me.

Also I do understand that you can soot on 5 minute increments...what I am confused to to the amount of video you can put in these cards...I see varioous record time numbers all over the place. Is there an easy calculation available. Like 16GB card equals 45 minutes of video in 5 minute increments?

the guy at Ritz Camera told me that he believed a 4gb SDHC card holds only 16 minutes of video?
That can't be right

I have one and it holds WAY more than that (720/24p)...I've yet to fill the card, but I know it holds more than that. I shot all day Thanksgiving, video & stills..tons of room left on the card.

He y Zaza...what model card and capacity do you have?

Any card will do, a faster one is probably good for raw stills at high speed but for video it doesn't matter due to the low bit rate, and you get about an hour on 8gb. It depends on the content though since it's vbr, 16 min on 4 gb doesn't sound unlikely for high key material with lots of detail.
