{We are formerly known as the "Los Angeles HVX200 User Group." With all these new P2 cameras, it only made sense to change our name.}

So here we go once again! We've been holding off awhile on this in order to showcase some very special gear. With a very special guest.

Bring your P2-enabled camera and any other accessories you want to show off! It will make it easier for everybody to gain as much hands-on experience as possible.

Please post here to let me know if you will be attending and what you will bring (if anything). Otherwise, I will assume you are not coming and we'll plan accordingly. $10 donation requested for food/drinks and location host appreciation.

Jonathan Houser will have a limited number of G35 units on hand. It does not sound like the HPX170 "bayonet-style" mounts will be available but he will have HPX170/DVX100 Universal mounts. The "show special" will be a free camera mount to anyone who places an order there. He will bring as many units as he can, which will probably only be about five of them. However, he will be taking orders there to ship with their standard lead time (14 days).

So, come on down! Plenty of networking and fun toys to play with!

Great!

We usually get one or two dozen people. This time around though, I'm hoping we get more because we're showcasing Cinemek's infamous G35 (static 35mm adapter) with the new Panasonic HPX170 camera.
 
Ok, people are starting to chime in more. Good, good. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones. :)
