I just found this monitor today and was asking all these questions to myself. Sure enough you guys are talking about it. You can buy it at the link above for $299. It comes with a carrying handle and stand thats perfect for a Magliner video cart. It has the contrast ratio of a old 24 inch Mac monitor (400:1) and Composite inputs. A 1280x768 is plenty to focus with. The only issue may be from the refresh rate and the up-res circuits. They may be substandard and create jerky movment.
