1080 Blu-Ray not possible from Premier?

I am reposting the sample on the same page so you can compare the PAR. Adobe Media Encoder Export to Bluray Mpeg2 1920x1080 from the 1080 P2 source file above.

Are you using CS3 or CS4? I had the same trouble with CS3 - I could never export out a 1920x1080 image - something similar happened to me. I haven't tested it yet with CS4 - I'll try tomorrow.
 
Eric, Was it P2 footage? I use CS3. Would like to know if CS4 works. Just a guess, but I think it has more to do with the 1280x1080 source. Thanks

Okay - I did a couple tests in CS4. I exported out a P2 file that was 960x720 24P as a 1920x1080 Blu-ray file and the whole image was there.

I then did an AVCHD 1920x1080 24P file, and exported out with the same settings, and the whole image was there as well...

I think it's a CS3 thing.
 
Eric, Was the P2 source 1080? I dont have the Bluray export problem with 720. Thanks for checking.

If anyone is having this problem with PPCS3,
This is a workaround with After Effects for 1920x1080.
From PPCS3, Export/P2
After Effects/Import P2 DVCPRO HD 1080 (1.5), Export/Bluray Mpg2
Adobe Encore/Import Mpg2 file and Burn Bluray Mpg2
Looks like CS4 AME may have this fixed but if you have After Effects this works.
