something rolling around in my camera

finally got my 150. Just charging the battery up and playing with the cam, drooling etc.
When i tip the camera front to back it sounds like something is rolling around inside the body. very strange. I plugged in the power cable to see if it would stop and it did as long as camera is in use. Shut camera down tip front to back and there it is again.
Anyone else getting same thing?
what could this be?
really don't wanna send my new baby back! I will do some test footage when the battery is all charged.

I think the same thing happened to everyone who bought a hvx, we all thought we got a broken camera. It is a part of the image stabilization thingymajig.

No worries, they are supposed to do that. Everything thing is fine with your new baby.

The DVX100B does the same thing. It's normal, for the DVX anyway, as it is just due to the OIS. I think it's one of the first things mentioned in the books as I'm sure the powers that be try to prevent people from getting alarmed.

hahahah, we should keep on with the "clunk" sound joke! I still remember those days.......

I thought about it but since he was a new member I didn't want to run him off with my unique (some people say lack of) sense of humor :)

Lol yeah I started thinking about it too but seems he's already got it figured out =p

Congratulations on your hmc150! Hope it brings you much joy
