Weird lighting in new Sprint ad

Has anyone else noticed the bad light reflection in Sprint CEO Dan Hesse's eye? It's the new ad where he's in a diner and the whole thing is in black and white.

Every time I watch it, I'm aware of it and I'm sure the DP freaked out after they were done. Just goes to show that even at that level, something like this can slip through the cracks. What makes this worse is the ad is just a single shot.

Of course, no one else I know has noticed it until I point it out :)
 
Looks like the eye light only hit his left side. Makes it look like a beady glass eye. Creepy.
 
It's a beautiful looking commercial in HD if you can get past the Marty Feldman eye. I unfortunately will never get past it.

I am noticing the reflection from the muffin case of the what looks to be arri light stands...I don't know if they meant to do that or if this didn't bother them. But, I look for that stuff all the time...accidental reflections.
 
I have seen this spot in HD and I must admit my eye was immediately drawn to the hottie waitress and whatever she was doing, even when she's like 20' down the line.

So I have no opinion on the CEO's eyes. :)
 
Ughh, I saw this spot on TV last night. It looked REALLY bad and trust me, on television on a big screen, you would have noticed it. If I were the DP or the director, much less the client, I would be embarrassed to have this on the air.
