She did actually "hack"* the guys computer which is breaking the law, that most certainly is not a "virtual" crime.
So its not as "weird" as the media has spun it.
*she had the access to the guys password when they where a virtual "couple" only after the "virtual divorce" did see decide to delete his data from his computer.
