We're looking at filming in November/December. We'll be shooting this short on a Sony EX3, stock. I won't be able to get a 35 adapter or lenses until late December. I've had this idea for a while now, and have been really wanting to actually shoot it.

We're going to be casting soon. It's gonna be hard to find a couple guys willing to dress in drag for most of the movie... whatever you do, don't post pictures from White Chicks, haha.
 
Looking through some auditions from "Dinner's At Seven" the other production I'm currently helping on. Found a couple of good actresses I like for the two main female characters.
 
I have a meeting on Tuesday night with the manager of a bar around me to talk to him about shooting the bar scenes there. I have my storyboards, camera plots, schedule, all ready to show him along with release forms. I'll let you know how it goes.
 
Cast/Crew updated again.

I'm working on the last bit of a dialogue rewrite. We had a meeting to go over storyboarding last night. They came out great. I'll post them when I scan them to the computer. The meeting with the manager of the bar is going to be pushed back until next week because we don't have all of the things we need done to take and show him. We're going to take storyboards, camera plots, lighting plots, a list of gear that will be there, etc.
 
Had a meeting with my friend Eric today. He's helped us get lighting equipment for the last few shorts we've done. He's coming on board as exec producer and gaffer and is getting us any lights we want for the shoot, a dolly, and a production monitor. I'm really excited to get this production going. It's going to be a great shoot, with a lot of great equipment.
 
Cast is set. Filming moved to the 9th of November and the 15th and 16th of November. We're doing rehearsals next Sunday evening. Cast/crew is really excited to start filming.

We pretty much have our bar location locked down. I'll know for sure tomorrow.
 
First day of shooting is tomorrow at my apartment. We start at 8:30am, and go until 7pm.

Second day of shooting is Tuesday November 18th.

Our bar locations fell through so we're going to turn the lobby of one of Full Sail's buildings into a bar. It's gonna be sweet. I'm going to be talking with the Art Director today and Monday about that.
