Steven 'disjecta' Dempsey wins Vimeo "Climate Matters" contest

Great job Steven! Ever since I signed up here you've been a inspiration :). I'm quite jealous of the Kessler too.

Congrats. I thought the girl was a hired actor at first because she just seemed professional somehow, then read she did the vo also, as well as being your daughter.
So congrats to her as well.

I'd like a longer video of these types of scenes. If you ever get bored, put together a 3 min montage or something.

Awesome....I'll be honest, when I first saw the thread on the main boards and saw "Steven "disjecta" Demp"....in the Cafe area, a thought immediately passed through my head that it was a RIP thread haha.

So much of that going around lately it just defaulted to the idea of death.

Congrats on the win my friend, well deserved.

Congrats on all the recognition its well deserved! I didn't even know Vimeo had contests...

I had the footage already (I have hours of nature footage) so it was just a matter of choosing the right shots and piecing it together based on the idea I had. So the day consisted of writing, doing voiceover recording and editing.
