help 24 footage shows resolution lines?

What format did you shoot? And was it 24p standard or 24pA?

What are you editing in? What are the timeline settings?

How did you render it? Format? Settings?

For best results, be as specific as possible in your answers

The most common complaint about this comes up when having shot 1080/24p standard and editing in FCP. Is this what you're doing?

premiere cs3 export help 24p

I shot footy in 24p when i import to timeline it looks a bit chopy which is normal when i export i see lines in my footyinterlaced or something? it also brings the image to 720
what is the best way to export 24p footy without the lines and at hihest resolution?

This was 24p standard and not 24pA?

Is this Premiere CS3 3.1 or later? If not, download the latest updates (3.2).

Don't use an HDV timeline; it's not HDV. And don't use 25p. Use the DVCPRO HD 1080 24p timeline.

Also, when you export as DV-AVI, you're in effect making an interlaced video. What are you rendering FOR? What do you want to do with it?

I got the lines taken care of prem cs4 now i have no sound! when i export
I go to export media it goes to media encoded and file looks good but cant hear nothing?
so I imported that back in and tried to re-render and nothing settings are for a hd 24p time line hellllllllllllllllllp

You're going to have to give more detail than that or no one's going to be able to help.

Start with the timeline -- which preset did you choose?

What were your encoding settings when you rendered?

Remember -- detail.

Okay first I open Prem and a new project window opens "General :video/format timecode audio display format audio samples

then i pick dvcpro hd 1080i 24p audio settings sample rate 48000 master track stereo mono tracks 4
