Casio Exilim Pro EX-F1

Argh........................... I was hoping for a 60P HD cam here. ;-) That 60i format is geared towards display use and not slo-mo. Very disappointing! The higher frame rates have rather compromised res. Might make for some fun stuff but again, I wish they had figured out a way to get 60P HD.

The only interesting feature (to me) is the 60 frame burst mode. If the cam has a decent focus engine that would be a very useful function for capturing action stills. Might push the D2H into retirement. ???

Since the 300 fps shooting mode can be played back at 60 fps this should make the picture quality greater than 480i standard defintion even though the actual resolution is only 512 x 384.

This camera need some hack ...

I wonder in which cameras other companies will use this sensor

where can i find a place to download original clips from this camera been a whole week trying can someone give em some help please

My friend has one of these cameras, its fun for bringing out when your playing sports- but the video quality is lacking, the compression is really high and the resolution is low. Barely enough to use for SD. But then again, this is a great camera for science teachers or just to have fun with. What do you expect for $1000? ; )
