Happy Birthday Rita (Micro Budget NYC Feature Film)

I just watched the trailer for this and I loved it. The style is wonderful. The writing is fantastic.

I can't wait to see the film.

We have a decent cut of Sappy Cheeseday Pita right around the corner. We'll deliver it to a few people starting early next week. Still trying to raise enough funds for some pro sound design/mixing, score and CC. More frequent updates to come! If there are any specific questions that I have yet to answer, please do ask if you will.

RESHOOTS! We'll be back in NYC the first 2 weeks of Feb. Beers on you!

I'm also searching for a studio and sound guy for ADR in the city. Anyone got a hook up that may be sympathetic to a no budget operation like ours? PM me if so!

I'm glad to see this is still coming along.

I'm a really slow editor, or so it turns out. We're hoping to lock picture before we drive down to SXSW in a few weeks. Maybe we could set up a small screening if anyone's interested?

YES! YES!

Everybody is interested. :)

I think your film and my film need to get together. both about an older lonely guy and a young abandoned girl. urban landscapes, both start with an 'H'. double feature?

Just chatted with Adam on facebook. He recently produced another indie feature and now he and the director are jumping back into Rita to finish her up.
