NOTE: This is the Storm 2950 case, not the 2975.
I just upgraded my Storm Case and Zacuto liner to the 2975 case with the DOF insert system to accommodate transporting my Brevis and HVX together. I'm selling my Storm 2950 case with Zacuto Docu Foam insert.
I've had this case and insert for about a year and it works perfectly with the HVX. I've been able to transport my HVX across the country, safely and securely with this case and insert. It has allowed me to carry the HVX with the Redrock baseplate, rails and Cinevate Mattebox intact. It'll also hold 10 batteries, 4 P2 cards, follow focus whip, battery charger and other accessories in one easy to carry case.
I paid $195.00 for the Zacuto insert and $195.00 for the Storm 2950 case from Zacuto. The insert is in excellent condition, with only a small wear spot where my Cinevate Mattebox has rubbed it in the bottom of the case. The case itself is in great shape, but does show signs of scuff marks from a lot of road travel over the past year. But overall it's in pretty good shape and a solidly built case. I've shipped this case via airlines more than 7 times and my gear has always arrived in excellent condition.
I'm asking $200.00 plus shipping from Dallas, Texas. Paypal preffered. First come, first serve.
