Advice on Carrion Monitors

Hello,

On June 11th I paid my money and ordered a Carrion B monitor. Almost 13 weeks later I haven't receive a monitor or notice about a delay on their normal 4-5 week delivery time. I have sent multiple emails to LS Designs and never gotten a reply.

Has anyone waited 13 weeks to get a Carrion delivered? Does anyone know how I can contact LS Design to get either a refund or a delivery date?

There was another thread going on about this same thing so I'd do a search and see what pops up. I can imagine how pissed off this would make ya...
 
I also ordered/paid for a couple of FireWire Savers from LS Design back in July and have sent numerous emails and tried to leave a message but their phone system appears down.

They didn't have any problem accepting my money...some form of response would be appreciated.

Let me know if you have any luck contacting them!
 
I paid mid-May - no monitor here either, nor any concrete word on when to expect it.

Sucks, doesn't it?

Thanks for the link. I read the pages and found Luis posted this on 9/04 :

I know people have been waiting a long time. I am getting caught up with most of the orders this and next week. 6 are going out today, and 6 will go out on Saturday. I do appreciate the business and apologize for the time it has taken to get it.

Next week I should be caught up with the listed wait times on my site.


Luis does this mean those of us who have been waiting 3-4 months will be receiving a monitor soon?

I am not pissed off, just frustrated. I thought I was buying a monitor from a legitimate small business that I wanted to support, but the poor to nonexistent communication indicates a complete lack of respect for his customers. I knew when ordering that his monitor production schedule would be determined by his shooting schedule, but how difficult would it be to send a group email to customers every 2-4 weeks indicating where he is in fulfilling orders? I have never even received acknowledgement that my order was received!
