I'm simply working on the short as gaffer, AC and BTS photographer.

Geoff Reisner is the DP, and he once again is rocking the world.

We had our first shoot last night, just one scene in a parking lot. The stuff turned out really good...

Had our second shoot tonight, all interiors, did a lot of gaffing tonight, fun stuff... here are a few raw screengrabs, compressed for web.

2nd 3rd and 5th pictur were my favs because....

that 2nd pic was just OOOOZZZING movement, even thought it was a still, the angle and distance captured me instantly

3rd because of the nice texture the shadows from the blinds were cerating on the left side

Because you guys did a great job isolating light as well as created another cinematic shot that oozes movement as well

Awesome work! I'm jealous! Dang I want to start on another movie - I love the production phase. You go out and come back with great stuff to look over - so rewarding. Great job guys keep it up. If you guys keep this up, pretty soon Hollywood Execs will come to DVXuser to find future filmmakers.
 
Thanks guys... and yeah, for the outside shots He is our gaffer lol... we'll probably have some bounce and silks for Saturday's shoot in the desert, but it's going to be pretty natural lighting...

Last night was a lot of fun though, I enjoy lighting and have learned a lot the last couple projects, so it was fun putting that into practice :)
