Exporting to DVX issue: "Inverse Color"

Anyone have this problem? The colors are fine on my editing timeline but when it exports onto my DVX100, the color is "inverse color". Is there a setting I need to change for exporting? The footage on the computer and timeline are fine and regular color but this only happens when I export onto tape. Anyone have Media100 and have fixed this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
 
I know, I know, why am I using my DVX to export footage onto? Because I am poor and do not have money for a editing deck. Any cheap but good ones as well for under $600?
