iPhone 2.02 Crashed. Need help to get it working

Ok so today my iPhone 2.0 works great as always! I'm doing a shoot so I'm going to system preferences to turn all sounds off and it freezes. So I'm like ok guessed it glitches up and it won't go back to the desktop but I can slide off to power off. So I power it off, wait a few seconds, turn it back on, apple logo comes up and then nothing! So I'm like maybe it needs to really load up for a while.. after 15 minutes nothing. After the shoot bout an hour ago I get home and plug it into the computer and still nothing. So I pull up iTunes with it plugged in and wait for iTunes to pick it up. After about 20 minutes and error pops up on iTunes. Here's a pictures. Anyone have any tricks with they know for the iPhone I can try to get it working? And/or know what this code means?

EDIT: Nearest apple store is 5 hours away so I can't go to an apple store.

Nearest apple store is 5 hours from me. Closest thing is the AT&T store or any smart guys that could know something.
 
what i do when my iPod whacks out on me is just backup the music/picture/video directorys strait from its hardrive and then format it through windows.
 
Hey be careful on the new 3G update too. If you've bought any apps and didn't back them up, you'll lose them with the new update.
