Would those lens work with a D80?

I'm not a Nikon connoisseur so I don't know the answer to that, but maybe somebody else can answer. I got these from KEH so I have some more info on each of the lenses that I'll post later when I dig it up and I'll take some pics as well.

Thanks

Been working all day and just got in. I'll post pics tomorrow and get back to all the PMs as well.

Thanks

The D80 can take any manual, automatic, or digital lens as long as it has an AI mount (all lenses made by Nikon since 77' have this mount).

The sliding zoom part of this lens, the part that moves forwards and backwards to change the focal length, is loose. It works to change the focal lenght, but I wouldn't try zooming while you're rolling tape on a shot because it is tough to get the zoom move smooth.

The 2nd photo shows the FD mount that I made. It's very secure and hits backfocus perfectly with my FD lenses. In fact, it's a better FD mount than I've ever seen on a 35mm adapter because the lens mount itself was made by Vivitar and fit's the lenses perfectly unlike so many 35mm adapter FD mounts which are sloppy sloppy sloppy.

Sg pro

Really interested in the SG Pro. Would you be willing to do it for six?

I know I just joined the forum a few months ago but I have made a few purchases already and can get them to vouch for me if necessary. Just trying to gather gear to finish my portfolio for grad school applications.

Thanks,

Sorry Henry. The SGPro is a great adapter and I'm pretty sure I'll get $700 for it, or really close. I've already had a few serious PMs about it including one person who I thought was buying it within 4 hours of me posting it, but now hasn't been back to the forums since then.

If it doesn't sell in a couple weeks, maybe I'll drop the price, but for now I'm shooting for $700.

Thanks

No case or rails for the SG?

Sorry, the case went with all the lenses I sold yesterday and I sold my SG rods yesterday to another user who bought a 2nd hand SGPro that didn't come with any rod system.

Lots of interest in the SGPro but nobody's come through with the money yet. First come, first served. Let me know if anybody's interested.
