DVX100a/b Head Cleaning (Ottawa, Canada)

Does anyone have a good suggestion as to:

1. Where I can get this serviced and cleaned out? I live in the Ottawa, Ontario area (Canada)
2. How much it costs?
3. How long it takes. I have a shoot in 2 weeks.

Thanks for the suggestions. However, the head cleaning tape did not solve my problem and I really don't want to clean the heads myself. So I ended up sending my DVX to Panasonic Canada and they did a great job. But thanks anyways.
